Well, once again Christian megachuch pastors are falling all over themselves to smooth over ruffled feathers.

After Mark Driscoll gave a Holy Spirit driven rebuke of a pagan display from the platform of a large men’s conference, he decided to return and give his planned message. Of course the spineless pastor Lindell is just giddy about Mark returning and everyone is high-fiving 🖐️ each other again. I’m sooooo happy 😁…well , maybe not.

But they forgot one thing: to discern whether Mark’s word was from God. If it was, it was a strong warning. I think it was.

When evil is allowed in and there is explicit warning from the Lord, it’s best to take heed. It was disappointing to see Mark back track. The Apostle Paul said we would face evil. In that day we are not to shrink back but to stand.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens. For this reason, take up the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand your ground on the evil day, and having done everything, to stand.

Ephesians 6:12-13

Don’t shrink back Mark. Fight for what is right in sight of Hashem. Souls are at stake. Lindell, repent.

It seems every day now, I am reminded of why I am not part of corrupt religion anymore and why I started a home church. I may not have have it all figured out but one thing is etched in stone: I WILL stand and I will speak for the inerrant and unchanging Word of God.
